1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ZARVA website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. Payment is collected in full on delivery (cash on delivery) unless agreed otherwise.
3. Shipping & Returns
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location.
7-Day Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to inspection and approval by ZARVA. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with tags and accessories included where applicable.
No Returns or Refunds
We offer exchanges only and do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Any exceptions required by applicable law will be respected.
Delivery Charges
Customers are responsible for the delivery charges associated with an exchange, including shipping the original item back and delivery of the replacement item, where applicable.
How to Request an Exchange
Customers should contact ZARVA on WhatsApp at 03497107287 or by email at hellozarva@gmail.com to request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The exchange must be approved by our team before the item is shipped back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, they should contact ZARVA as soon as possible with their order details and photos so we can review and resolve the issue fairly. Customers will not automatically be charged exchange delivery charges for an issue caused by ZARVA.
Repairs
Minor repairs, such as a broken zipper or zipper pull, are free of charge, subject to inspection and approval. Other repairs may be chargeable; any repair or shipping charges are explained to the customer before we proceed.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the ZARVA name, logo, product designs, and photography — is the property of ZARVA and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
ZARVA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its products, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
